Delinquent's Guide to the South Airport Hood focuses on solitary elderly issue. The story starts with Borough Chief, Fang He-sheng's elderly meal delivery service since 2001.
The production team went up in rank: Comic Artist H.Chia, Interviewing Scriptwriter Ars, and Comic Scriptwriter Seal Hsieh, together they complete this comic with their strengths and professional teamwork.
The comic tells the story in comedic way while using loveable but realistic characters to bring out obstacles faced by solitary seniors and social workers, making readers feel touched and amused. With collision of hilarious plot and elderly issues, a comic both healing and far-reaching is created.
There's a group of seniors living alone in the South Airport community. Hsin-ping, who serves in her hometown after becoming a social worker; Borough Chief Fang, who is determined to shoulder the responsibility of the welfare of solitary seniors. With solitary elderly issues arise in the community, these two still face difficulties with optimism.
Gou Yao-yu is a troublemaker who loiters on street for a long while. When he's punished to do community service in South Airport community, he makes a bet with Fang that he's going to finish his sentence early: "As long as the seniors in South Airport community are satisfied with my service, I can leave early!"
But he has no idea that not only will he change the community, but also himself...
H.Chia is a Sequential Artist, she focuses on creating comics, illustrations, 2D hand-drawn animations and image storyboarding. Her works is a blend of European, Japanese and American style. She is the Comic Artist of Bygone, South Airport Coffee Fragrance. Her works have been shown at Angoulême International Comics Festival in France, BDFIL in Switzerland, International Animated Film Festival ANIMATOR in Poland, and the Spark Animation Festival in Canada.
She currently lives in Bern, Switzerland. She goes swimming in the river in summer, tramples the snow in winter, living a bit of a farmer RPG life, and posts short comics on Facebook and IG every week.
Ars's real name is Wu Chia-chia. She is a film worker, and adepts at humanities documenting.

Seal Hsieh is a full-time Comic Scriptwriter, he loves suspenseful thrillers and romcoms. He has a wife, a kid, a cat and a bird, and thinks of vacation while at work, and work while on vacation.
